The Meta-Coach Foundation (MCF) was founded in 2002 by international Coach Michelle Duval and Researcher and Developer L. Michael Hall, with the explicit purpose of leading and supporting the field of Coaching develop into a bona-fide Profession.
While being an international ethics and standards Association supporting members and users of Coaching, the MCF is more than just an Association.
As an independent and international Association, members share resources, participate in professional development, increase credibility through rigorous credentialing standards, and peers and clients may, if ever necessary, ask for support from the MCF Guardians; an ethics and standards committee for resolving such issues.
As an international Foundation the MCF is committed to raising and managing resources for qualitative and quantitative research into the field of Coaching and the application of Neuro-Semantics® in Coaching. |
